Build On Your Lot - Clients seek out our expertise to build on their own land, our speciality. We know each lot has its own unique characteristics as does each municipality. Bob will meet with you at your site and answer questions regarding how best to position the home on the lot, which trees (if any) need to be cleared, what utilities are available, etc. We will work with you to make sure the process runs smoothly and your home fits perfectly.
